About You
Bachelor or Masters in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy and relevant registration
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant clinical experience
Demonstrated on-the-job competencies and high-level clinical skills
Leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills preferred
Strong time management and ability to work autonomously
- Conflict resolution, supervision, and stakeholder communication skills
Understanding of NDIS processes and procedures
Commitment to providing clinical supervision and mentoring others
